These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all programs, services, and interactions offered by SkillStack Ventures Pvt Ltd (hereafter “Skill Stack Hub”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). These terms govern your use of all related platforms and channels including our website, mobile applications, community groups, communication tools, and learning platforms.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Service Scope

Skill Stack Hub offers career-aligned programs in various technical and non-technical domains such as data analytics, digital marketing, software development, and others. These services may be updated, modified, paused, or discontinued at the Company’s discretion. All programs are delivered in cohort mode with scheduled live sessions and access to learning resources.

2. Program Access & Account Responsibility

To access services, users must register and provide accurate personal information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activities under their account. The Company is not liable for loss or misuse resulting from unauthorised access unless formally reported.

3. Learning Resources & Access Duration

  • Resources include live sessions, recorded classes, assignments, notes, quizzes, and other supplementary materials.
  • Access to recordings is available for six (6) months post-completion of the last mandatory session.
  • The Company may modify the resource structure or duration with prior notice.

4. Mentorship and Delivery Support

Programs are facilitated by professional mentors. A dedicated support executive is assigned to each cohort to address class-related concerns, payment queries, or platform issues. Official communication channels include email, internal learning systems, or designated community groups.

5. Career Support Services

Students will receive job-readiness support such as mock interviews, portfolio reviews, and resume preparation based on attendance and program completion.

6. Fee Payment

  • Full payment must be completed at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been formally agreed.
  • Payment may be made through one-time payment or structured financing options offered by the Company.
  • Students are responsible for adherence to any payment schedules and terms.

7. User Conduct

  • Engage in abusive, misleading, or unethical behavior within the learning environment.
  • Share course content outside permitted channels.
  • Use unfair means in quizzes, assignments, or evaluations.
  • Breach confidentiality or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

8. Content Ownership

All program content—including videos, documents, assessments, designs, and branding—are the intellectual property of Skill Stack Hub. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. Students retain ownership of personal submissions or project data but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use it for training or portfolio promotion purposes.

9. Termination of Access

  • Breach of T&C
  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Suspicion of fraud or abuse

All obligations related to content protection, payment, and liability survive account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Skill Stack Hub provides services “as is” and does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or guaranteed results from any course. Delays or disruptions due to technical issues, internet outages, or other unforeseen causes are not the responsibility of the Company.

11. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Amendments

We may revise these T&C at any time. Updated terms will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

15. Placement Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Skill Stack Hub’s Data Science Career Program (the “Program”), delivered by Skill Stack Hub, an edtech company headquartered in Noida-NCR. We are committed to equipping you with in-demand data science skills and providing you with full career support throughout your learning journey.

To demonstrate our commitment, we offer a 100% Placement Guarantee, subject to the terms outlined below (the “Placement Guarantee” or “Guarantee”). If you successfully complete the Program and meet all eligibility and conduct requirements, but are not offered a Qualifying Position within six (6) months from the date of completion, Skill Stack Hub will refund 100% of your paid tuition fee (excluding taxes and processing charges).

1. Eligibility Criteria for the Placement Guarantee

  • You must be at least 18 years old and less than 40 years of age.
  • You must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • You must be proficient in English (both spoken and written), as determined by Digived's admissions or interview process.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in India for at least 12 months post-completion of the Program.
  • You must not have any criminal background or pending legal action that could hinder employment.
  • You must successfully complete all Skill Stack Hub’s internal assessments, projects, and career tasks as defined in the curriculum.

2. Completion Requirements

  • Complete 100% of the core curriculum within 12 months of your cohort’s official start date (excluding any documented and approved leave).
  • Secure an average of 80% or above in all program assessments.
  • Attend a minimum of 80% of all live sessions.
  • Complete and pass all mandatory capstone projects to the satisfaction of assigned mentors (re-submissions permitted where required).
  • Complete all career preparation modules, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and career coaching sessions.
  • Follow all placement processes as outlined by Skill Stack Hub Career Team.

3. Placement Period & Job Search Requirements

The 6-month placement period begins from the date you are officially certified as having completed the Program. During this time, you must:

  • Apply to a minimum of 4 Qualifying Positions per week in major metropolitan areas in India like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Kochi.
  • Reach out to at least 3 relevant professional connections weekly (LinkedIn, email, in-person, etc.).
  • Accept and attend interviews arranged through or referred by Skill Stack Hub placement partners.
  • Follow all guidance from the Career Services Team in good faith.
  • Respond to all placement-related communications from Skill Stack Hub within 24 hours.
  • Share a weekly job search activity report (email format or through a Skill Stack Hub career tracker) with complete details of applications and communications.

4. Definition of a “Qualifying Position”

  • A full-time salaried role or contractual engagement (minimum 3 months) in a Data Science or relevant Data, Analytics & AI field.
  • A paid internship (minimum duration of 3 months) that may lead to a full-time opportunity.

Note: Skill Stack Hub does not guarantee the job will be in your preferred location or exact specialization, but it will be aligned with your training and career potential.

5. Situations That Void the Guarantee

  • You decline a job offer for a Qualifying Position.
  • You accept a job that falls outside the Qualifying Position criteria or outside the Data Science/IT domain before the 6-month placement window ends.
  • You delay, skip, or show negligence during interview processes coordinated by Skill Stack Hub.
  • You do not apply to the required number of jobs each week or do not share proof of applications.
  • You are unavailable for placement support or do not respond to communications within 24 hours.
  • You express unwillingness to relocate or work in any of the designated metro cities.
  • You demonstrate unprofessional behavior or are reported for misconduct by a potential employer.
  • You are enrolled in another full-time degree program or job during the Guarantee period.
  • You default on payment of tuition fee or loan, or cancel your education loan without clearing the balance as per Skill Stack Hub Terms.
  • You have taken a break, changed batches, or left and rejoined the program.
  • You make negative, defamatory, or misleading remarks about Skill Stack Hub or its affiliates on public forums, social media, or review platforms at any point from enrollment until 6 months after program completion.

6. Education Loan and Fee Payment Policy

  • If you have taken an education loan via Skill Stack Hub’s finance partners, you are required to follow the EMI schedule agreed with the lender.
  • In case of loan cancellation, the following charges apply:
    • Interest paid by Skill Stack Hub on your behalf will be recoverable.
    • Pro-rated program fee for the months enrolled (e.g., ₹10,000/month).
    • Loan cancellation fee of ₹5,000.
    • Less any EMIs already paid.
  • Access to program content may be revoked upon loan default until dues are cleared.

7. Reimbursement Process

  • If you fulfill all terms but are not placed within 6 months, you may submit a written and signed refund claim within 30 days of guarantee period expiry.
  • Include all required documentation proving job search activity and compliance with all Guarantee requirements.
  • Skill Stack Hub will conduct an internal review and respond within 30 business days of receiving your complete refund application.

Note: Skill Stack Hub’s decision in assessing compliance and refund eligibility shall be final and binding.

8. Legal Terms and Dispute Resolution

  • This Guarantee and any related policies shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • The courts in Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • In case of a dispute, both parties shall attempt resolution through good faith discussions.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed mutually (or as per the Act). Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English with Noida as the seat.

9. Final Note

Even if a student is not eligible for the refund, they shall still be entitled to full access to Skill Stack Hub’s Career Services, including:

  • Interview scheduling
  • Resume/interview prep
  • Placement drives
  • Referral support

We’re committed to your success, and this Guarantee reflects our confidence in the training you will receive at Skill Stack Hub.

16. Right to Modify Collaborations & Curriculum

Skill Stack Hub reserves the right to modify, update, or change its academic collaborations, industry partners, course modules, or program structure at any time without prior notice.

Such changes will always be made in the best interest of the students, to ensure the curriculum remains industry-relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards.

Students acknowledge and agree that these modifications are part of the continuous improvement process and therefore shall not constitute a breach of agreement, grounds for legal action, or entitlement to a refund.

While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, the names of collaborating partners (including Microsoft or others in the future) may be updated, replaced, or expanded based on academic and industry needs.
