Payment Policy

This policy governs all payments made on SkillStack for courses and services.

1. Accepted Methods

  • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via secured gateways.
  • EMI options may be provided via partners like Bajaj Finance or ShopSe (coming soon).

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed via 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • We do not store card or banking details.

3. Invoices & Taxes

  • You will receive a digital invoice via email post-payment.
  • GST is applicable as per Indian tax laws.

4. EMI & Loans

If you opt for financing:

  • Approval is subject to the lender's terms.
  • SkillStack is not liable for repayment defaults.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, contact payments@skillstackhub.com with transaction ID. Refunds for failed transactions are processed in 5–7 business days.

6. Subscription/Recurring Payments

  • If you enroll in subscription plans, charges will be recurring until cancelled.
